METHODOLOGY · INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION

What was audited, by whom, and on what cadence.

QuantVerify Labs — a London-based quantitative analytics firm specializing in trading-platform verification — has audited GasProfit's signal engine and per-trade ledger three times: in 2023, 2024, and again in Q2 2025. Each cycle reviews a full 12 months of closed-position data across all venues, replays every signal against the contemporaneous OHLCV tape, and attests the headline win-rate, drawdown curve, and per-asset hit rate.

Self-reported numbers are a marketing asset. Audited numbers are a balance-sheet liability. We chose the latter because the audience for this page does not buy on the strength of an animated counter — they buy on whether the figures in front of them reconcile to an external methodology statement.

  • Auditor: QuantVerify Labs (independent, London)
  • Cycles completed: 2023 · 2024 · Q2 2025
  • Scope per cycle: 12-month rolling window, all venues, all asset classes
  • Output: methodology statement + attested quarterly figures

The full 2025 audit PDF is available on request to verified institutional counterparties via [email protected].

COMPARISON · WHY THE AUDIT MATTERS

The cost of trusting an unaudited signal channel.

Most retail signal channels cannot survive the same scrutiny this page is built to absorb. The matrix below is the difference a skeptical quant sees on day one.

GasProfit

Quarterly third-party audited

  • Verification cadence Quarterly, methodology published each cycle
  • Methodology disclosure 47-factor model architecture released to auditor; asset-count, venue-bridges, and replay logic named
  • Drawdown transparency All quarterly max-DD figures published — including losing quarters — and reconciled to closed-position tape
  • Attestation artefact Signed QuantVerify Labs letter per cycle (2023, 2024, Q2 2025)
  • Failure mode A missed quarter would be a public, regulator-visible event — the auditor publishes the gap
Typical retail signal channel

Self-reported, yearly at best

  • Verification cadence Annual screenshot in a Telegram post, never reconciled to execution logs
  • Methodology disclosure "Proprietary AI" or undisclosed indicator stack; no third party can replay the signal
  • Drawdown transparency Drawdowns hidden, monthly equity curves cherry-picked, losing periods quietly purged
  • Attestation artefact None — at most a profit screenshot with no trade IDs, no timestamps, no venue receipts
  • Failure mode Channel goes dark for 6 months, re-opens under a new name, history disappears with it
